When you visit our website, technical data is automatically processed by our hosting provider, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. This is necessary for the technical operation of the website.

We use your data for: responding to your inquiries via the contact form, providing our services when you become a client, and ensuring the technical operation of our website.

We process your personal data based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures at your request) when you submit an inquiry about our services via the contact form. For the technical operation of the website, we rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

We only share your data with parties that are necessary for our service delivery:

• Resend — for sending emails from the contact form (processor, US, EU-US Data Privacy Framework)
• Vercel — for hosting our website (processor, US, Standard Contractual Clauses)
• Google Workspace — for receiving and responding to emails (processor, US, Standard Contractual Clauses)

6. Transfers outside the EU

Some of our processors are based in the United States. Data transfers are secured by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses, in accordance with GDPR requirements.

7. How long we keep your data

Contact form messages are kept for a maximum of 12 months after the last contact. Technical log data (hosting) is automatically deleted after 30 days. When you become a client, we keep your data for the duration of the agreement and afterwards for as long as legally required.
